We used concept concrete last year to do our driveway, we engaged a service provider to find us trades to quote and we ended up with 5 quotes. We chose concept because it was clear they were highly organised and very professional, they turned up to quote 10 minutes early, quickly measured and asked a couple of relevant questions, when I asked about the process he laid out all the steps and days it would take he then said I would have the quote within a day or two which happened. Their pricing was competitive, not the cheapest or most expensive, but it was clear they were highly organised and professional. Once I committed they did everything they said they would, everyday they were on time, not once did they come inside my house despite me offering them my toilets drinks etc (they were totally self sufficient), the end result was a beautifully finished driveway in the exact timeframe with zero issues. I couldn’t have asked for a better service, well done concept you run a tight ship!
